De Leon Engineering began as a small consulting firm in downtown Lakeport, California, in 1998, quickly growing into a full-service engineering consulting firm.

De Leon Engineering has had a major role in many of Lake County’s largest construction projects, including wineries, vineyards, waterfront resorts, lumber yards, office buildings, boat lifts, docks, and magnificent custom homes.

De Leon Engineering has always provided Foundation Certifications as one of our many services and to date has assisted in closing 1000’s of new purchase loans, refinancing loans, and reverse mortgages.

Since downsizing in 2011, De Leon Engineering now specializes primarily in providing certifications and various engineering reports in 8 Northern California counties, as well as other limited civil engineering consulting services.
